1,) A $30 retainer is due the day that you book your session. The $30 goes towards your session. The retainer fee is refundable IF you cancel your session 7 days or more before the date of your session. If you cancel your session 6 days or less then your retainer fee is non refundable.This means if you cancel your session 6 days or less your money does not get refunded back to you.

2.) There is a 15 minute grace period on your session. If you are later than 15 minutes, there is a $15 fee. If you have not arrived within 30 minutes of your session start time, I will declare the session canceled.

3.) rescheduling is allowed, but if you reschedule your session 3 days or less before your session there is a $15 rescheduling fee. If you reschedule 4 days or more before your session, there is no fee!

4.) RAIN OUT: If a session must be reschedule due to rain, a second deposit is NOT Required. Rescheduling due to rain happens, and it's not my fault or yours!

5.)RAIN OUT: As Mentioned, it happens. Rescheduling is often decided on last minute because SETX weather is wild and can change. It ultimately is your call, not mine, but we will make the decision together. :)

6.) Money is due the day of the session, preferably cash or checks.

7.) I do not do "re-edits". Once you have your photos, they are yours to keep and my workon them is done. I pay close attention to clients and remove anything that needs to be done on the photos, but I will not re edit a photo that I have already spent time on and edited. If you need me to pay closer attention to things in the photos, please tell me ahead of time.

8.) I do not give the options to buy extra photos after the photo shoot.

9.) Once the photos have been given to you it is your responsibility to keep up with them. Many times I do not keep all photos from the session.

10.) In the event of equipment failure, I will refund the full amount of your session.

11.) Turnaround time for photos varies upon session, but you can normally expect a sneak peek in a week, and your full photo session can be expected to be delivered in two weeks. This depends upon the time of the year also.

12.) Please download your photos immediately after getting your online album. You will have one month to do so and then the online album will be deleted. It is not my responsibility to keep photos once they have been made available to you.
